Süt, sağıldıktan sonra işlenene kadar geçen süre oldukça önemlidir ve süt, bu aşamada uygun şekilde soğutularak işlemeye hazırlanmalıdır.

Enka Tarım’ın İzmir’deki tesislerinde Avrupa standardında hazırlanan farklı tip ve kapasitelerdeki süt soğutma tankı çeşitleri, sütün içine konduğu ilk andan itibaren tazeliğini ve kalitesini koruyabilir.

Enka Tarım tarafından üretilen açık tip süt soğutma tankları, özellikle küçük ve orta ölçekli süt üreticileri için idealdir. Üstten açılan yapılarıyla kolayca temizlenir ve yeni sağım için hazırlanır. Pürüzsüz iç yapısı sayesinde içindeki sütü hızla soğutur ve korur. Bu tip tankların kullanımı çok kolaydır ve uygun maliyetleri nedeniyle süt üreticileri arasında yaygın olarak kullanılır.

Daha büyük ölçekli işletmeler için sunulan kapalı tip süt soğutma tankları ise yüksek kapasiteli ve tam otomasyonlu ürünlerdir. Sağımdan sonra içine konan sütü uzun süre boyunca muhafaza eden kapalı tip süt soğutma tankları, sütün kalitesini uzun süre boyunca korur.
