Breathing pump with rubber nozzle

• HK Rheintechnik’s respiratory pump is similar to a large air pump.
• The suction cup is placed on the calf’s nose and mouth.
• Mucus is removed from the respiratory tract with a strong pulling motion.
• Then, lift the pump from the mouth and nose and tilt the mouthpiece downwards to allow the mucus to drain. Then, reposition the pump on the mouth and nose and apply air pressure with the pump to allow air to flow into the respiratory tract.
• This process can be repeated several times until the calf starts to breathe on its own.
