ED 1000 washing unit, complete

The ED1000 washing system panel starts and stops the milking process during milking and automatically washes the system during washing.

It performs the washing process in 4 stages; in the first wash, it takes in cold water, circulates it in the milking system and drains it out. Before moving on to the second washing stage, it takes the selected disinfectant (acid or alkaline) in the desired amount, and when the dosage pumps stop, hot water intake begins. When the hot water reaches the desired level, the vacuum pump starts to work. The piston valve activates to ensure that the disinfectant hot water circulates in the milking system for 15 minutes. Then, the piston valve switches off and drains the disinfectant water out.

In the third wash, cold water intake starts again, and when it reaches the desired level, the vacuum pump starts to work. The piston valve activates to ensure that the cold water circulates in the milking system for 5 minutes. Then, the piston valve switches off and drains the cold water out. In the fourth and final wash, cold water intake begins, and the water is circulated and drained out of the system to remove any remaining residues of the disinfectant. The washing process ends after a total of 4 washing stages.
